The staff provided top-tier service, making my stay enjoyable. The room's city view was impressive, adding to the overall experience.

The street noise made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

    friendly staff

I gotta say, the staff was unreal. They treated us like family, really went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Joel was especially great, made the check-in smoother than my chemistry labs back in the day.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but worth every cent.

    spacious room
    rooftop pool
    great location
    limited dining options

We had a wonderful stay here! The spacious room accommodated our large family perfectly, and the kids loved the rooftop pool. The location was ideal for exploring the city, and we enjoyed visiting nearby attractions like the Discovery Place.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options.

I thoroughly enjoyed the charming historical decor, which instantly transported me back in time, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The accessible spaces made it easy for me to navigate throughout the hotel without any issues.

Better soundproofing between rooms would be appreciated.

    comfy queen studio
    relaxing tv lounge
    towel service issue

I loved my stay here, especially the comfy queen studio and the relaxing TV lounge where I could unwind after a long day. It was nice to take advantage of the lovely terrace for some fresh air, too. Just a heads up, I noticed they could have been more attentive with the towels, but it didn't really take away from the overall great experience! 😊

I loved the charming vintage decor and the cozy lounge area where I relaxed with a good book. The hotel's game room and pool table also provided great ways to unwind after a long day. I did wish the elevator was a bit quicker, but it didn't take away from my experience! 😊

Charming Experience with a Stellar Staff

Our stay was enhanced by the warm hospitality of the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. Joel and Logan made our wedding weekend unforgettable! Pro tip, arrive early to navigate valet parking more easily, as it can be tricky to find.
